Is the content live or pre-recorded? How is it delivered?

Pre-recorded video and tons of downloadable resources and templates. I also host LIVE bonus executive sessions throughout to give members an opportunity to connect via video. The sessions are scheduled approximately once per month for 3 months after you enroll. A Zoom recording will be sent out if you are unavailable to attend.
