Marketing Coordinator Role

We are seeking our next rockstar team member to join the Marketing Department in the role of Marketing Coordinator. The Marketing Coordinator will assist the Director of Operations with all marketing projects and be given the opportunity to take the lead on running projects.

You’ll help make it ALL happen. You’ll be providing support to hundreds of our Interior Design Standard members and collaborating with team members and contractors.

This role is full-time and fully remote. If not local to Nashville, travel will be required to the Nashville area a few times per year (travel expenses covered by the company).

In 2020, we launched the Interior Design Standard, a business master plan for interior designers looking to grow their businesses into thriving luxury design businesses, while giving themselves more freedom, creativity and joy. This is a digital course that opens for enrollment twice a year.

Roles and Responsibilities

Community Management

  • Create new and efficient ways to support the Standard community made up of 500+ designers
  • Work with team to manage social media channels
  • Keep Director of Operations informed on community pulse

Social Media Management

  • Work with the Director of Operations to determine content themes, new strategies and ideas, etc. for every quarter
  • Create and manage quarterly social media content (from concept to execution) 
  • Keep the Director of Operations informed on project statuses, shifts, etc. 

Research and Development

  • Research new organic strategies to bring awareness to the Interior Design Standard 
  • Keep a pulse of what’s new to the social media industry, staying on top of updates, trends and how HOF can implement new strategies 
  • Stay on top of industry news

Asset Management

  • Create, update and manage Stand Operating Procedure files to ensure firm in working efficiently and effectively

Monitor Analytics

  • Work with Director of Operations to collect important data, analytics and information on a weekly and monthly basis to inform marketing decisions

Skills, Abilities and Experience

The ideal candidate possesses the following strengths and skills:

  • 1 – 2 years of marketing experience or a bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications
  • Attention to detail – you always double check your work
  • Organized – we’re a small team with many projects running concurrently
  • Adaptability – the path is always shifting in an entrepreneurial environment, being flexible is key
  • Reliable – you can be autonomous when necessary because of your work ethic, but aren’t afraid to ask for help when needed
  • Passionate  – this role is strongly integrated with our community of designers and being able to have compassion towards them is necessary
  • Not only understands the importance of organization, systems and processes but loves to use them to keep their projects joyful and efficient
  • Has an upbeat personality and a positive attitude

Compensation

This is a full time position with paid time off.
